- Rent payments can be made in our office during normal business hours, by mail or online. To set up online payments, please reach out to your Account Manager to get started.
Maintenance
All requests for maintenance must be in writing.
Such requests can be emailed to your Account Manager, dropped off in person, or faxed to 281-893-0719
After Hour Emergencies
If you are in fear for your life then dial 911 immediately!
If you smell gas or question a possible gas leak, leave the home immediately and contact the gas company. If there is a fire, leave the home and contact the fire department prior to calling the maintenance number.
Repairs of the following nature are considered emergencies; all others please use the maintenance contact form. In the case of excessive water please turn off water at main water shut off valve. It is your responsibility to prevent further damage to the property until assistance is sent.
- No water heater for more than 2 days
- No A/C when temperatures are above 90 degrees
- No heat when temperatures are below 40 degrees
- A water pipe breakage
- If an appliance or wire is sparking or smoking.
